Domestic Orders:

We offer two different methods of shipping:

  1. Standard flat rate: AUD 9.95
  2. Orders over AUD 35.00 receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

For deliveries within Australia, please allow 2 – 7 working days to receive your orders.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confidently fresh with every Zing purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day customer guarantee.

If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund - no stress, no fuss.

Refunds, Damages & Order Issues

Products eligible for a refund or replacement are items with a manufacturing fault, that have been damaged during shipping, or the wrong item has been received. 

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item should not have been used in any way
  • The item received are faulty, damaged during shipping or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 7 days of the return request

We will refund you by the same method you used to pay. The cost of the return (AUD 9.95) will be taken out of the original payment. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging.

International orders

Orders placed on zingfresh.com.au can only be delivered within Australia.

If you are based overseas, but would love some Zing Fresh in your life, we are happy to assist you. Simply email us at hello@zingfresh.com.au. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use the Australia Post postage calculator found here. Please check this in advance. We may not be able to ship to some locations.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
