ZING FRESH SPIN-TO-WIN TRADE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PromoterThe promoter is ZING OPERATIONS PTY LTD (ABN: 17 634 896 521) of 24 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra ACT 2601 (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion TypeThis promotion is a trade promotion lottery (game of chance), conducted in accordance with relevant Australian state and territory regulations.
3. Promotion PeriodThe promotion commences on 1 November 2025 and continues until withdrawn by the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
4. EligibilityEntry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of South Australia.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.Any entries submitted from South Australia are void, and any coupons, credits or prizes issued in error to South Australian residents will not be considered valid promotional prizes under these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, at its discretion, honour a coupon or discount issued in error as a goodwill gesture.
5. How to EnterTo enter, participants must:
  • Visit the website zingfresh.com.au,
  • Enter their email address in the Spin-to-Win pop-up form, and
  • Click “Spin to win!”.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Each person may enter once only during the Promotion Period.
6. PrizesEntrants have the chance to win one of the following prizes:

All discount and credit codes apply to future purchases made via the Promoter’s online store at zingfresh.com.au.
Discount and credit codes are valid for 3 days from the time of issue.
The $14 Zing credit covers product value only — shipping fees still apply.
7. Prize AllocationEach entry’s prize outcome is determined automatically by randomised software. Odds are determined by the probabilities outlined above.
8. Prize Fulfilment
  • Discount codes, free shipping codes, and credit codes are displayed immediately upon spinning the wheel.
  • Prizes are not emailed separately.
  • Entrants must redeem their prize directly through the Zing Fresh website within the 3-day validity period.
  • Shipping costs apply to any orders redeemed using the $14 Zing credit.
9. Permits
This promotion complies with Australian state and territory trade promotion laws.No South Australian permit has been obtained, and participation is therefore limited to residents of states and territories where no trade promotion permit is required.
10. PrivacyBy entering, participants agree to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information (name, email, and postal address) for the purposes of:
  • Administering the promotion; and
  • Sending marketing communications related to Zing Fresh products and offers, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.zingfresh.com.au/pages/privacy-policy).
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
11. General Conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
  • All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, late entries, or errors beyond its control.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
